We're looking for results-driven people with the desire to make your clients dream home a reality. Duties and Responsibilities: Sells the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotasUnderstands and utilizes all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policiesEstablishes Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow-upAttends or hosts eventsDisplays a thorough knowledge of the company's product lines, subdivisions, and relative community facilitiesGreets all prospective customers as well as demonstrates the model homeEnsures the model home site is well maintained and presentableAssists customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural optionsParticipates in weekly sales meetingsPerforms other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills: Energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitudeStrong work ethic as well as results orientedDesire to succeed as well as to satisfy customersExcellent verbal and written communication proficiencies and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentDisplays a friendly, enthusiastic and approachable mannerWell organized and self-directed Proficient in Excel, Microsoft, and OutlookStrong closing skills as well as an independent and self-starterHomebuilding process knowledge preferredRequirements: Proven successful track record in sales2+ years prior new home sales experience Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and SalesforceExcellent communication skills with strong customer focusExperience conducting a comparative market analysisBachelors degree Weekend hours required.
