Job Description:

Title: Account Manager, Employee Benefits, Client Services

Location: Remote

EPIC is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Services Team. The Account Manager will mainly be responsible for helping us meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our benefits administration software.

  • Build client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, prices, text and documents
  • Import data into system as needed and assist with ad hoc client projects
  • Triage client tickets and questions
  • Audit system data from various sources periodically throughout the plan year
  • Perform billing tasks such as invoice generation
  • Manage vendor interface process to ensure timely file feeds and discrepancy review
  • Test client sites for quality assurance; track and monitor the resolution of issues
  • Prepare employee and employer tutorial documents
  • Support other team members with client sites
    Required Experience
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2+ Years of direct client and/or analyst experience
    • Solid technical background
    • Benefits administration/health care industry background
    • Bswift or other benefits administration platform experience required
    • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office products
    • Strong written/verbal communication skills
    • Ability to operate and make timely decisions in a fast-paced atmosphere
    • Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material
      Strong analytical skillset and ability to effectively use data for strategy
