Bell Falls Search - Cleveland, OH We have partnered with Juniper Solutions, a Commercial Real Estate firm focused on Site Selection advisory. Located on Cleveland's east side, they are seeking a Vice President to drive new client opportunities and the transactional process. Focused on advising their clients on acquiring new property and office space to support their growth, our client is not a "traditional" commercial real estate brokerage firm. Their small team provides direct / daily access to the principals of the firm.
The Vice President opportunity is geared for an individual with a "hunter" attitude. You must possess the drive and ambition to make calls, network, and have the face-to-face visits necessary for success. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, and has a strong drive. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the desire to grow professionally, financially and personally within our client's highly respected organization.

• Procure and maintain new business through prospecting and networking
• Schedule face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
• Will be trained in real estate transaction and closing process
• Proactively work with clients and staff to ensure deal flows smoothly from start to finish
• Attend networking events to expand prospect base
• Follow up on leads from company seminars and marketing initiatives
• Generate new leads via database research and outreach
• Leverage social media and other marketing initiatives to generate new leads and prospects
• Will participate in and support related research functions, Story Map creation, etc.
  REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 4 years of experience with a commercial real estate brokerage firm as a producer or in sales support.
  • Proven track record for closing commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong technology and marketing aptitude; ability to learn new software and conduct research and CRM management as necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including group presentation and public speaking experience.
