We are looking for a highly skilled welder with direct experience working on skid mounted assemblies and generator set (genset) systems . This includes performing precise structural and pipe welding on frames, fuel tanks, brackets, and support structures that house engines, alternators, and auxiliary components. They should be proficient in multiple welding processes, such as MIG, TIG, and stick capable of reading fabrication drawings, and comfortable fitting, tacking, and completing high quality welds that meet both structural and aesthetic standards. Experience welding on generator skids is especially valuable, as it requires an understanding of load bearing requirements, vibration considerations, and the integration of mechanical and electrical systems. This is a hands on fabrication role where strong welding fundamentals are essential What You Will Be Doing Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals Perform various welding operations, including setup and use of MIG, TIG, torch, and stick welders Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols Fabricate and assemble compressor skids, frames, and components What You Need for this Position 3-5 years of professional welding experience Welding Certified MIG, TIG, Stick Welding, etc. 2 years working in fabrication environments (skids, frames, industrial equipment) Experience with generator sets, compressor skids, or similar assemblies (preferred but not required) Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Wellness program - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
