Moeller Precision Tool is always seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team! This is an open application for current and future positions in our state-of-the-art facility. We regularly hire for roles such as: General Labor Janitorial Services Shipping & Receiving Inventory Management Manual and CNC Machine Set-Up and Operation (our most in-demand positions) What You’ll Do: Operating manual and CNC machines for production tasks Setting up machines according to specifications and blueprints Performing routine maintenance and quality checks Assisting with shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading materials Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed Following safety protocols and company procedures at all times What We’re Looking For: High school Diploma or equivalent Basic math skills (i.e. – Algebra or higher) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred (Not Required): Mechanical Knowledge Previous experience in manufacturing Experience with CNC or manual machine setup and operation Experience with tool steel Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc Proficient Blueprint reading skills Why Work With Us: Competitive Pay: Earn based on experience, plus overtime and night shift premiums Modern Facility: 100,000 sq. ft., air-conditioned, climate-controlled, and exceptionally clean Comprehensive Benefits: Healthcare, vision, dental, and flexible spending accounts Paid Time Off: Paid holidays and time between Christmas and New Year Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within the company Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon–Fri) Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM (Mon–Fri) Mandatory Saturdays (up to 14 per year): Day: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Night: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Average 45–50 hours per week, with overtime available About Us: Established in 1953, Moeller Precision Tool is a global leader in precision tooling for the metal forming and stamping industry.
