across all operations. Overview We are seeking a talented and
motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in
Gibraltar, MI. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you
will leverage your expertise in Lean Manufacturing Principles and
Blueprint Reading to enhance efficiency and drive continuous
improvement. If you are passionate about optimizing production

to hear from you! Responsibilities Develop and implement Lean
Manufacturing strategies to improve production efficiency and
reduce waste. Analyze production processes and workflows to
identify areas for improvement. Read and interpret blueprints and
technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize
manufacturing systems. Conduct root cause analysis and implement
corrective actions for manufacturing issues. Provide technical
support and training to production staff on best practices and new
processes. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
to track progress and drive improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a
related field. Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with
a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical
drawings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with CAD software
and other engineering tools is a plus. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
