DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and own security practices pertaining to cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. This includes Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
• Manage and monitor global perimeter network security systems, including Cisco and Fortinet solutions
• Assist with the development and implementation of Incident Response (IR) procedures and practices
• Assist in managing on-call incident escalation, off-hours maintenance work for incidents, emergency change requests, and general maintenance.
• Serve as a technical leader in support of enterprise IT Incident Response (IR) events
• Perform security service administration on perimeter control systems, including Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, email Filtering, Web traffic filtering, etc.
• Perform and coordinate fixes from vulnerability findings, system/application vulnerability assessments, network security architecture reviews, and risk assessments.
• Analyze and identify security risks/vulnerabilities while assisting with developing solutions and workarounds.
• Support Security Operations Center (SOC) team
• Recommend and implement configuration hardening for enterprise systems, including Windows and Linux servers and workstations.
• Support endpoint security across the enterprise by leveraging Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions as well as traditional Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP)
• Follow established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Assist in the development of new standards and procedures across Fortune Brands Innovations
• Recommend security enhancements to management
  
  REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  
  
  • BS in Information Security or a related field is preferred but not required. 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical cybersecurity discipline is required.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, and OSCP, and cloud security certifications are a plus
  • 3+ years experience with cloud security, specifically AWS, Azure, and Office365
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with security solutions such as Network Traffic Security (ZScaler, IDS/IPS, URL Filtering, etc.)
  • Expertise in authentication protocols such as LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OIDC, etc.)
  • Strong endpoint security skillset using both EDR and EPP technologies
  • Deep understanding of general security pertaining to endpoints such as Windows and Linux servers and workstations. Experience securing mobile devices is a plus.
  • Network and web-related protocol knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS) is required
  • Experience writing automation scripts is preferred (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBS, etc.).
  • Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security or related SIEM tools is a plus.
  • Experience performing vulnerability management using Qualys or a similar solution
  • Experience securing mobile devices running IOS and Android
  • Experience using Mobile Device Management and Mobile Threat Management platforms
  • Experience with security frameworks and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and MITRE ATT&CK is a plus
  • Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) security is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while utilizing good judgment to resolve complex issues and challenges.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of all work while being able to prioritize projects and customer requests. Able to set your direction in the face of ambiguity
