The Project Engineer role is responsible for handling the
introduction of new fixed assets into the company. This could
involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset
base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It may extend from
the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout. PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES:Management Responsibilities:
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering Field. (Mechanical Engineering,
Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering).EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum 3 - 5 years experience preferred in a technical field in
a manufacturing facility, strongly preferred food/beverage
manufacturingSKILLS:
General and professional skills
* Strong technical, managerial and leadership skills.* CAPM or PMP,
preferred
* Project Engineering/Management.
* Plant design & construction.
- Familiarity with hygienic engineering, preferred.
* Communication and Networking.
* Understanding of financial analysis and relevant business
drivers
- CAPEX budgeting and preparation.Support Tools
* MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, Basic AutoCAD or Visio, SAP
* Capital Investment Approval & Tracking (CIAT) tool.TRAVEL: 10% -
15%
