Manufacturing organization. --- Bachelor---s degree or higher in a technical field --- Minimum 3 years--- experience in tooling, product, or process engineering --- Understanding of process methodology and demonstratable problem-solving skills --- Effectively read, interpret and create technical drawings and specifications. --- Daily use of computer software/hardware for data analysis and trending. --- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. --- Experience in rubber, plastics, or silicone rubber fabrication --- Excellent problem-solving skills (separation of issues, special vs. common cause, identification of root cause, implementation of effective countermeasures) --- Prioritizes activities to maximize positive impact to the business. --- Enjoys managing in a fast paced and demanding work environment.
