Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers the opportunity to provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
services within a K-12 school setting in Oakland, CA. The role is
ideal for professionals with expertise in pediatric populations and
school-based speech therapy, allowing for direct impact on students
communication development throughout the academic year.
Qualifications: Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
License Experience as an SLP in educational settings or pediatric
healthcare is highly desirable Proficient in assessment and
intervention for speech and language disorders among children and
adolescents Knowledge of school-based speech therapy practices and
regulations Job Details: Location: Oakland, CA (K-12 School)
Contract Duration: Current School Year (CSY), starting ASAP through
End of School Year Weekly Hours: 5-10 hours per week
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for
students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to
support student progress Document therapy sessions and maintain
accurate records Provide consultative services as needed to promote
