Job Description:
Are you a skilled and dedicated Intervention Specialist seeking
an exciting career opportunity? Birch Agency is hiring passionate

students . This is a onsite fulltime contract position for
Intervention Specialiststarting pay at 40 dollars an hour and up
(based on experience)in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
for students with IEPs and 504 Plans - Provide specialized
instruction and support to help students achieve academic and
social goals - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create
a nurturing learning environment - Adapt teaching methods and
materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities -
Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies
accordingly Skills - Proven experience as a Intervention
Specialist/Special Education Teacher - Excellent understanding of
the principles of child development and educational methodology -
Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms -
Excellent communication and instructional skills - Ability to act
as mediator between children - Cool-tempered, friendly, reliable,
and adaptable Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education (or related field) - Valid state (OH) teaching
certification/license in Special Education - Prior experience
working with students with special needs is preferred - Strong
knowledge of special education laws and regulations Job Type:
