You are responsible for
Teach assigned number of clinical courses throughout the year at
the Philips training centers or symposium locations
Ensure upgrades are performed within the contractual timeline
Delivers engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education,
and training
Participate in New Product training initiatives, support all
service-related customer system issues requiring on-site clinical
support
Provides the highest-level customer experience for on-site training
and customer communication
Creates a safe and cohesive learning environment in which learners
share ideas, apply knowledge, give feedback and make reflections on
their work
Provides feedback to learners and evaluates performance throughout
the learning event
Reviews feedback from learners and compiles and analyzes data and
recommends changes to learning services as appropriate
Effectively communicates project status, issues, and delays with
internal team
Builds communication among learners and encourages
collaboration
Proficient in areas of specialization
Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for
obtaining solutions
Ensure revenue and expense targets are met.
Drive attendance to Philips Service courses through developing
relationships with customers to ensure they are fully utilizing
Service entitlements in a manner that supports their clinical
Service needs.
Uses proper materials, student support systems, technical methods,
learning management systems, learning strategies and assessment
techniques.
Successfully manage all company assets: system, transducer,
phantom, & laptops inventory: zero lost equipment, equipment
maintained as new and in top physical condition, classrooms are
well maintained and properly taken care of
Attend and actively participate on monthly calls with counterparts
to discuss the territories/opportunities and develop collaborative
strategies.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and

Effective communication skills - verbal and written
Effective time management and organizational skills
Previous classroom teaching experience preferred
Previous presentation experience required
Commercial medical equipment business experience preferred
Ability to assess customers' education needs
Ability to create learning objectives based on customer needs
Proficient computer skills
Communication and collaboration skills with multiple organizational
levels
Customer focused/Customer experience/Customer Mindset
Ability to be managed remotely
Ability to work in ever changing environments
Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Education/Credentials:
Associates typically required; Bachelor's degree preferred or
equivalent experience
Have and maintain ARDMS/ CCI certification or equivalent.
Have and maintain the advanced registry certification per modality
if applicable
CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) preferred
Experience:
At least 5 years clinical experience as an RDMS/ CCI
Sonographer
Experience as clinical preceptor providing education strongly
preferred
Thorough understanding of: Advanced clinical applications and 3D/4D
as it applies to General Imaging and Obstetrics and Gynecology/
Echocardiography
Working knowledge of: 3D/4D acquisition, manipulation and
quantification along with extensive anatomical knowledge as related
to modality
Thorough understanding of any of the following applications is
preferred: MSK ultrasound, Fetal echocardiography and or Breast
ultrasound, pediatric/ congenital echocardiography
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company
