Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a
Patient Access Manager to lead and optimize registration and
financial clearance processes across pre-service and
point-of-service operations. This role is critical in ensuring
operational excellence, compliance with service level agreements,
and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Support short- and long-term planning for Registration and Patient
Access functions, including financial clearance activities. Develop
and implement action plans to improve efficiency and service
quality. Monitor and manage operational metrics to meet
departmental and client objectives. Oversee staffing activities,
including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance
management. Mentor supervisors and foster team engagement.
Communicate proactively with leadership to support professional
growth and departmental success. Enforce policies and contribute to
policy development in accordance with hospital and corporate
standards. Provide timely updates and recommendations to leadership
regarding operational challenges and solutions. Required Skills &
Qualifications Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in
EMR/EHR systems. Supervisory experience, including interviewing,
hiring, training, scheduling, and performance appraisal. Ability to
lead teams and manage workflows in compliance with policies and
applicable laws. Reporting Structure Direct Reports: Supervisor,
Patient Access Indirect Reports: Patient Access Representatives

This is a Permanent position based out of Valley City, ND. Pay and
Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 -
$85000.00/yr. - Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and
