You will: Lead daily jobsite operations with confidence and clarity Set production goals and hold crews accountable Coordinate subcontractors and manage workflow Enforce safety standards without compromise Protect quality no shortcuts, no excuses Keep projects on schedule and aligned with scope Complete accurate daily field reports Conduct final walkthroughs and punch list sign-offs Communicate with Project Managers and Installation leadership Represent our brand professionally in front of homeowners You dont just manage labor.
