Job Description:
About the RoleWe are on the hunt for a talented senior analyst
to help scale growth across our portfolio of clients. This is a
hands-on-keyboard role for an ambitious, quantitatively-minded
individual looking to grow their media buying expertise and
capabilities. Our senior analysts operate at the tip of the spear
on client engagements: you will own day to day execution across a
portfolio of channels and work collaboratively to drive performance
through analysis, research, and experimentation. You will report
into one of our Media Leads and learn from a team of experienced
practitioners across marketing, engineering, and design. You will
be expected to learn rapidly, deliver meaningful value, and
contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Who are we looking for?This role is a great fit for early career
media buyers with around 1 or 2 years of experience. The ideal
candidate over-indexes on analytical rigor, precision, and agility.
You must be able to extract actionable insights from raw data and
communicate them effectively to a diverse set of stakeholders. For
this role we require previous experience with paid search
marketing, but any additional experience in other media channels,
performance marketing, quantitative business analysis and the tools
that support it is a plus. You should be able to jump right in,
helping to manage accounts and communicate back out to senior team
members and/or clients. While we offer training and mentorship from
a very experienced team, you should also be a self-starter able to
learn autonomously without fear of raising your hand with
questions. As a fully remote company spanning multiple time zones
and countries, we rely on a culture of direct accountability and
trust and look for teammates that will operate effectively in that
environment.
What will you do every dayManage ad operations and tactical
execution across a set of paid advertising channels, namely Search
and SocialPrepare in-depth trend and progress reporting for
Headlight and client stakeholdersServe as a go-to resource for ad
hoc requests and projectsHelp define near-to-medium term growth
strategies across a selection of clients through ongoing analysis
and research.
Qualifications- 1-2 years of paid search buying experience,
additional channels a plus- Creative problem-solving mindset; an
outside-the-box thinker- Flawless written and verbal communication
skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and
multitask- Advanced proficiency in in Excel- You bring positive
