  • Expected or current Bachelors or Masters in marketing, supply chain, business admin, finance, or related field.
  • High energy, motivated individual with a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Strong project management and communication skills - the ability to form relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders along with external agencies and partners.
  • Ability to leverage data to develop insights and executing on those insights (not consumer insights)
  • Comfortable taking calculated risks within compliance guardrails.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
  • Comfortable creating presentations & public speaking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Programs (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

    The salary for this role is $43,860 - $62,400. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
