Job Description:
Summary:The marketing program lead / coordinator is responsible
for creating, leading, and executing Technoform's marketing
promotional strategies and plans in alignment with the Technoform
Group branding, and regional and divisional market development
goals. They will develop and maintain shared divisional webpage(s)
and social media platform sites, driving engagement through the
active use of these platforms. As a member of the Technoform global
brand management team, they will collaborate globally to manage and
develop global website and other global marketing content and
develop and manage company communications.Your essential
responsibilities: A member of the Technoform North America Edge
Bond Solutions (ES) market team with responsibilities for leading
and executing marketing programs, collaborating regionally (across
divisions) and globally.
- Lead the development of the marketing promotional strategies
and plans in alignment with the Group branding and regional and
divisional market development goals, in collaboration with Market
Team.
- Create and execute marketing promotion plans based on the
agreed upon budgets and meeting the objectives of annual Business
Management Plans.
- Obtain agreement and sign off from both divisions within the
region on joint marketing promotion plans
- Manage agreed upon budget for marketing plans, with the ability
to re-adjust when applicable.
- Manage and coordinate the creation of new marketing promotion
campaigns, events, product launches and corresponding marketing
material which utilize a range of appropriate channels (e.g. social
media platforms, print and digital etc.) and media (video, written,
audio).
- Manage and coordinate outside resources: graphic designer,
marketing agency, PR representative, printing agency, to complete
marketing projects and initiatives.
- Analyze and report the metrics obtained from each promotional
marketing campaign and regular communication platforms (e.g. social
media, landing pages, websites) to understand what strategies are
working and what are not effective, to make any needed course
corrections in marketing plans, and to inform the next business
planning cycle.
- Research and write case studies of projects which include our
products. Incorporate these case studies into our promotional
marketing campaigns.
- Establish strategic relationships with customers' and partners'
sales and marketing teams, to work cohesively to create and
implement joint marketing and promotion plans and activities
including for example, joint case studies, coordinated
cross-posting of content, and joint events.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels and
promotional marketing materials.
- Manage the inventory of promotional materials in our quality
management system, as well as provide and manage a physical
inventory of promotional materials.
- Exercise creativity and the ability to think outside the box in
delivering unique and effective marketing promotional programs and
content, within a budget.Develop and maintain local shared
divisional webpage(s) and social media platforms sites
- Manage the creation of web marketing vehicles such as landing
pages and websites, and the content therein in collaboration
regionally with the market team members.
- Schedule, organize and upload landing page content
- Manage and coordinate the development and scheduling of written
original copy content for landing page, webpages and social media
platforms to grow Technoform's brand and deliver key educational
content and messages in the North American market. While the
marketing lead/coordinator does not have to write the copy, they
will rely on team members to supply the content, and they
coordinate and schedule the posts. Some ability to paraphrase
existing content to introduce posts will be expected.Global Brand
Responsibilities
- As the Americas representative member of the Technoform global
Brand Team, collaborate with the brand team to develop, write, and
manage the creation of website content.
- Manage the global Technoform website administration. Upload
appropriate content to global website.
- Ensure that our local market content is accurately represented
on global site: Downloadable information, contact information,
images, case studies, etc.
- Be the resource for corporate identity and design support for
all Americas team members.
- Be the advocate for our One Brand strategy and execute an
introduction to our brand strategy to all incoming team members in
the Americas.
- Collaborate with fellow Brand Team members to develop and write
company communications and promotional marketing material
applicable for all markets.Your additional responsibilities:
- Coordinate the message, design, promotional materials and
logistics of industry trade shows, as needed. Manage the creation
of new booths as needed.
- Be knowledgeable about the glazing industry, Technoform's
products, our markets, the supply chains that we sell into,
competition, and Technoform's unique value proposition.
- Participate in education opportunities, attending seminars and
reading trade publications.
- A member of the local team who post to our local internal
Sharepoint page(s), as well as the global sharepoint pages
including the Brand Management system, HUB, Brand Communications
site, etc.
- Support and assist in additional market team processes (sales,
customer service, product development support etc.) and activities
as needed.
Your qualifications and requirements:
- Education: Degreed in a Marketing discipline or similar Business
Management. - Experience: 5+ years of experience in developing and
executing marketing (especially marketing promotion and
communication) strategies and plans in business-to-business
marketing. Experience and track record in effectively leveraging
social media platforms for B2B business growth. - Computer and
software Skills: Fundamental skills in Powerpoint, MSWord, Excel
and basic computer acumen. Knowledge of, or ability to learn,
software tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, MailChimp, website
back-end software (e.g. Drupl) to support editing of marketing
materials and websites would be desirable. - Competencies/Soft
Skills:
- Must be a self-starter and reliable, with the ability to work
with no daily supervision. This position requires the individual to
be able to manage independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate
effectively with a diverse stakeholder group, seek out needed
input, and be able to make good judgments without close
supervision.
- Must have a goal driven focus with a collaborative, team-based
orientation.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage conflict, negotiate, and
identify effective paths forward in situations in which there are
diverse and potentially conflicting objectives
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to manage external partners and consultants to deliver
results.
- Experienced in developing and executing marketing strategies
and plans
- Experienced and knowledgeable in using typical B2B social media
platforms effectively and using analytics and best practices to
improve engagement and reach.
- Excellent proactive communicator - verbally and written.
- Excellent written English to support marketing material
