Junior Marketing Specialist (HubSpot) NgageContent is seeking a new Junior HubSpot Specialist who can match our team---s drive and make an impact on our clients--- marketing efforts.
We---re excited to add a HubSpot specialist to our team. We are Platinum HubSpot Solutions Partners, and our new person will spend their time running HubSpot for several of our clients. This includes everything from setting up new HubSpot accounts to handling workflows and automations on their behalf. This is a junior level position and priority will be given to candidates who have experience using HubSpot in a professional setting.
This is a full-time position that will report to our CEO. Please note that while we are always 60 percent remote, this position will be 100 percent remote for at least the first quarter of 2021 due to COVID-19 safety precautions.What We---re Looking for in the Right CandidateOver the last six-plus years we---ve been in business, we---ve found the most successful team members are:

The better you are, the better we are!From the beginning, you---ll get your hands dirty in the following areas:
  • HubSpot implementation and reimplementation
  • You---ll oversee the the implementation of the Sales Hub CRM and pipeline, Marketing Hub tooling, and Service Hub tooling and pipeline based on the client---s needs and use case
  • Daily management of HubSpot accounts
  • You---ll review and monitor workflows, dashboards, active lists, forms, and more to make sure everything is running smoothly
  • You---ll also serve as the point of contact for all things HubSpot
  • HubSpot data management
  • You---ll ensure that data is as complete and accurate as possible
  • Wherever data can be standardized or more easily entered, you---ll update properties or automate property values
  • Template management
  • You---ll ensure that the needed standardized email and landing page templates are in place for ongoing marketing efforts (newsletters, promotional emails, content downloads, digital ads, etc.)
  • Dashboard reporting
  • You---ll build out and help maintain HubSpot reports based on the key metrics the client needs to track
  • Integration support
  • You---ll research, evaluate, implement, and maintain native integrations (Salesforce, Zoom, Shopify, etc.)
  • Sales enablement
  • You---ll listen to client sales processes and build out solutions in HubSpot that help set up their sales team for success
  • Sales and marketing alignment
  • You---ll look to draw connections between marketing efforts and revenue opportunities wherever possible to report on ROI and paint a fuller picture of the customer journey
  • Overall campaign alignment
  • You---ll leverage HubSpot to ensure that all marketing initiatives (website, social, digital ads, email) are as integrated as possible
  • Trailblazing new HubSpot solutions
  • You---ll encounter use cases that even the depths of the HubSpot Community forum haven---t seen. You---ll leverage past applications and solutions to get clients as close to their ideal state as possible even if it means pushing HubSpot to its limits
