detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in
Columbiana, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will
play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of
administrative processes and supporting daily office activities.

Responsibilities: • Handle incoming phone calls, providing
attentive and courteous assistance to callers. • Perform accurate
and efficient data entry tasks, including payroll-related entries.
• Organize and schedule transportation arrangements as needed. •
Maintain and update administrative records and documentation to
ensure accuracy. • Provide receptionist support, welcoming visitors
and managing front desk duties. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to
create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. •
Collaborate with team members to coordinate office operations and
resolve issues. • Assist with general office tasks, ensuring the
workspace remains functional and organized.• Previous
administrative experience or relevant skill set is preferred. •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and
Outlook. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
with the ability to interact professionally. • Demonstrated ability
to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. •
Experience with data entry and payroll systems is an advantage. •
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational
skills. • Customer service skills to handle inquiries and provide
support effectively.
