Job Description:
A non-profit organization is seeking an Administrative
Coordinator for a full-time position. You will work Monday through
Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Duties:
- Perform administrative coordinator responsibilities and
support
- Oversee active and inactive files, ensure files are created,
organized, maintained, and updated with brochures, and send letters
to clients
- Schedule and process new referrals and assist with
cancellations and reschedules
- Enter and maintain client data into company databases
- Manage waiting lists, update documents on a regular basis, and
participates in waiting list meetings as needed
- Assist with intake processes, route referrals, send intake
paperwork to clients, and create soft files
- Enter, run, and distribute weekly to monthly reports and ensure
Medicaid eligibility and Cuyahoga County residency are
verified
- Process records requests for Family Support Services, including
but not limited client/family record requests, SSI requests and
subpoenas.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure completion of materials
and resources for programs and attend continuing education courses
as requested
- Cover for front desk receptionist during breaks, lunches,
weekly scheduled closing shift, and occasional absences
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, promote a team approach,
practice safe work habits, and contributes to ensuring a safe and
healthful work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
