We’re looking for a Senior Staff Accountant who loves clean numbers, thoughtful systems, and using their expertise to support meaningful work. What You’ll Do As a Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll be a key contributor to our day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close. You’ll help ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and useful insights that support great decision-making across the organization. Your work will include: Managing daily cash activity, cash forecasts, and transaction processing (ACH, wire, payroll fees, loan payments, etc.) Owning the accounts payable process and supporting positive vendor relationships Supporting year-end tax compliance (W-2s and 1099s) Preparing financial reports for business leaders, departments, and consolidated entities Analyzing weekly KPIs and monthly KORs to track performance Leading month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and allocations Supporting audits, sales/use tax compliance, and year-end financial reviews Managing fixed assets, depreciation, and disposals Serving as Divvy/Bill.com administrator for company credit cards Helping improve processes and systems to make our work more efficient and accurate What We’re Looking For You don’t need to know everything — but you should be curious, detail-oriented, and confident in core accounting fundamentals. You likely bring: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 years of accounting experience (corporate or public) Experience with multi-entity accounting (a plus) Working knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and reconciliations Comfort with accounting systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and strong Excel skills Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP. The position requires extended time at a workstation and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
