Accountant Exciting opportunity in Beachwood, Ohio. We are looking
for a Senior / Staff Accountant to join the team. Essential duties
consist of: · Follow the company’s established accounting processes
· Accounts Payable and Receivable functions (3-way match, check
requests, weekly check run, vendor inquiries, vendor and customer
maintenance, cash application, collections) · Perform monthly bank
reconciliations (multiple accounts) · General Ledger Maintenance ·
Reconcile Fixed Assets, Project Spending Analysis · Month End Close
· 1099 processing Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in accounting
or finance · Must be proficient in Excel · NetSuite software a plus
· Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must · Good
communication skills · Ability to identify and resolve problems in
a timely manner
