review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals,
partnerships, and corporations Work directly with business owners,
CFOs, and CEOs across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare,
professional services, restaurants, dental practices, and
nonprofits Offer proactive tax planning and advisory insights—not
just compliance work Manage multiple projects with the support of a
reliable, experienced team Collaborate with leadership that values
your ideas and invests in your professional growth What They’re
Looking For 3 years of recent public accounting experience Ability
to prepare and review returns independently from start to finish
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with
clients CPA or progress toward CPA preferred Familiarity with tax
software (UltraTax, CCH, Lacerte, or similar) Why You’ll Love

hours average around 60/week , with a firm-wide push toward
