• Amazing benefitsJob DetailsResponsibilities:As a Tax & Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for the following:1. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to tax planning, estate planning, trusts, and wills.2. Drafting, reviewing, and modifying legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.3. Representing clients before tax authorities and in probate court proceedings.4. Analyzing complex tax issues and providing strategies for minimizing tax liabilities.5. Collaborating with other professionals such as accountants and financial advisors to provide comprehensive services to clients.6. Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.7. Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and build relationships with existing ones.Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax and estate planning.
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
