  Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Processing high volume billing for 3rd party vendors
    
  • Daily reconciliation and processing of service requests for not yet posted National Accounts billing.
    
  • Posting all billing twice per month and uploading final consolidated invoice to customer through a variety of templates and or platforms.
    
  • Prepare necessary paper, PDF, Excel, or import files for transmission to customer after posting of invoices.
    
  • Prepare weekly payments & statement transmissions.
    
  • Communicate with Business Partners to ensure receipt of their invoices for timely entry on statements and payments processing.
    
  • Prepare, post, and mail checks & statements monthly.
    
  • Reconcile AR reports to accounts statements monthly.
    
    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • 3+ years of AR/Billing experience
      
    • Must be proficient in Excel
      
    • Good written/verbal communication skills
      
    • Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships
      
    • ERP experience a plus
