  • Create and execute retailer specific marketing/merchandising programs that align with the strategic objectives of the brand and customer teams.
  • Ability to work with cross functional team (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales) to develop optimal and actionable strategies, concept and tactics.
  • Make data-driven decisions through KPI analysis, trends, and insights
  • Develop annual budget for shopper marketing for multiple brands
  • Allocating funds as needed to drive demand, build brand equity, and increase merchandising, and subsequently, monitoring and maintaining all spends within budget
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including regular communication with retail and sales leads
  • Work closely with category management teams to measure post-promotion results using agency data points, syndicated data tools, and retailer specific data
  • Ability to provide relevant customer and market insights to the Marketing Team
  • Develop and lead all online merchandising strategies and execution to drive engagement and sales/share growth at Amazon and all other retailer e-commerce platformsTasks and Responsibilities
    • This position uncovers core shopper insights, creates strategy, develop & executes retailer specific marketing programs while tracking success.
    • Assist the channel and customer leaders in development of plans that achieve the DSMP/KPI and net sales/selling margin objectives of each brand
    • Drive organizational focus on e-com across all functional areas including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
    • Achieve Sales and selling margin (profit) targets for Amazon, while delivering the DSMP KPIs across the entire Eagle Foods e-footprint
    • Maintain strong ROI results from the program execution through clear tracking of performance vs objectives and consistent updates to all stakeholders
    • Contribute to achieving overall brand objectives by creating and executing programming that delivers on the key DSMP objectives for each brandEagle Foods will provide reasonable accommodations to allow an employee to perform the essential functions of the job.
      • Bachelors Degree required
      • MBA degree preferred
      • 10+ years experience within a CPG organization, experience in customer facing sales position is preferred but not required
      • 5+ years experience with Financial and Consumption data within a CPG organization
      • Experience with agency leadershipSpecific Competencies
