Procurement (NAP) Finance supports all Nestl-- operating companies
in the Market (NiM), including all NUSA divisions as well as
Nestl-- Nutrition, Nestl-- Health Science, Nestl-- Professional,
Nestl-- Purina PetCare Company, and Nespresso.The scope of the role
will be to drive financial control, forecasting, and insights of
Direct Materials for US16 businesses and Indirect Materials for
NiM.Looking for a risk taker who can collaborate cross-functionally
and drive innovative solutions co-piloting our procurement
organization. ---Manages monthly forecasting of Nestl-- Factory PPV
for US16 businesses.Proactively identifies variances and researches
to provide actionable insights for the Procurement team and/or
Businesses to deliver our monthly results. ---Manage team of 4,
consisting of one FMT, one analyst, one Sr. Analyst, and one
Manager ---Sits as member of Extended Procurement Leadership Team
---Partners with Local and Nestrade Procurement to provide Raw/Pack
price forecasting controls, savings validation and reporting.
---Collaborates with Nestrade Procurement and Nestrade Finance to
provide insights on US16 input to Zone-North America PPV and TDC
reporting. ---Provides key input into global price forecasting
process, representing Zone North America ---Performs monthly
meetings to align and perform Nestrade P reviews. ---Provides key
input into Operations Controlling COP/COGS forecasting, Factory
energy (Natural Gas)hedging strategies, and P reconciliations.
---Provides key input into Supply Chain Finance Fuel PPV, guiding
hedging strategy ---Participate in monthly meetings with US16 Op-Co
and NUSA Division Finance, providing monthly PPV reporting, forward
looking external market Risks & Opportunities, and Simplex
validation. ---Provide insights to Strategic Revenue Management
pricing teams for forward looking pricing decisions ---Performs
US16 Hedging Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and
monthly/quarterly schedules for Blackline/Magnitude reporting for
Corporate Accounting team. ---Lead Procurement Finance
representative on Future of Finance COGS DF Tool ---Perform ad hoc
analysis on various tasks, such as but not inclusive of hedging
strategies, vertical integration assessments, and external market
environment impact on Nestl-- pricing. REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM
EDUCATION LEVEL: ---Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
---5+ years of financial management experience ---Previous
management experience required ---MBA or equivalent experience
preferred ---Ability to manage directly as well as influence others
---Ability to work with limited / no supervision ---Position
requires approx. 10%-15% travel EXPERIENCE: ---Prior Supply
Chain/Logistics experience preferred ---Prior cost management
experience strongly preferred SKILLS: ---Ability to influence and
work with cross-functional teams ---Highly proficient in Microsoft
