Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Corporate Controller to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities: Assist the CFO with preparation and completion of the fiscal year budgeting process, evaluates business unit performance against budget, and develops forecasts/reforecasts to provide an accurate projection of financial performance Develop, maintain, and enhance accounting and finance policies, processes and procedures to comply with US GAAP Provide financial expertise in planning new service including preparation of pro-formas and due diligence analyses Manage and direct applicable system implementations, upgrades, and improvement projects as required Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 6 years of accounting experience Sound business judgment that results in strong internal controls Strong analytical and communication skills Highly developed attention to detail Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
