Job Description:

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced (3-7 years) Venture Capital Attorney for a long-term contract role with our law firm client. This attorney will be working with the firm's business practice group on venture capital transactions, M&A, and general corporate work.

This role is expected to continue for 6+ months with the possibility of extension or conversion to a direct hire. Candidates must be licensed in at least one US jurisdiction and be comfortable working on west coast business hours.
