Dollar Bank is currently seeking a Business Banking Lender to
service the Northeastern Ohio area.
In this position, the AVP, Business Banking individual has a high
degree of independent authority to employ the Banks' assets, using
direction and judgment to administer commercial liabilities, to
implement policies and procedures and have a major impact on Bank
profitability. The AVP, Business Banking individual interacts and
works with individuals in the Retail Banking Centers, Private
Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Treasury
Management, and the Credit Department. The AVP, Business Banking
individual must understand and be able to offer all products and
services of the Bank with special emphasis on business loan and
deposit products. This individual is expected to provide a high
level of service to existing customers and perform business
--- Bachelor's degree required. Will consider commensurate
--- Ability to prioritize; work under pressure and meet
--- Ability to handle several different tasks at one time.
--- Minimum of six years of experience in working with business
owners in developing solutions to their financial service needs
--- Knowledge of all business credit deposit products and
--- Knowledge of national and regional government assisted loan
--- Strong written and oral communication skills required to
interpret and explain financial data to others involved in the loan
--- Demonstrated abilities and desire to provide high quality
--- Demonstrated skills in performing and understanding financial
ratios, collateral coverage, and cash flow analysis for business
--- Demonstrated sales and business development skills and
--- Must possess a valid driver's license, access to a reliable
vehicle, and valid insurance.
--- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Principle Activities and Duties:
--- Establish an annual business development plan and goals with
the objective of fostering Bank growth through mutually beneficial
--- Develop and maintain business relationships through a sales
oriented calling program.
--- Complete call reports on all business visits, outlining the
purpose of the call, business needs, financial information, and
future focus for the business.
--- Participate in community and civic functions, either in an
advisory or active capacity, representing Dollar Bank, with
emphasis on maintaining and developing business relationships.
--- Manage and/or participate in any special assignments as
requested by the Vice President of Business Banking.
--- Assist with the development of less experienced Business
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Perform sedentary to light work (able to lift up to 20 pounds from
floor to waist, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to
lift, carry, push, pull, grasp, or otherwise move objects). See,
hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual
acuity; sit, stand, walk, crouch, reach, pull, push and other
similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity. Able to
operate standard office/computer equipment such as photocopiers,
fax machines, computers, iPads, scanners, calculators, etc. Address

Status Full-time FLSA Exempt Schedule Information Monday through
Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Benefits Information Full-time employees
