Overview:
The Corporate Tax Department is responsible for KeyCorp's federal income tax obligations and state and local income, franchise, personal property and sales/use tax obligations. A fundamental part of the Department's work is to ensure KeyCorp maintains tax compliance with all federal, state and local tax laws. The Department handles a substantial volume of tax compliance items and returns each year and deals with complex and ever changing tax laws, rules and regulations. In addition to tax compliance, the Department also performs extensive tax accounting processes to ensure accurate reporting of tax-related items in Key's financial statements and other regulatory filings. The Department also partners with multiple lines of businesses and other areas within Key to offer strategic tax planning advice and counsel to ensure Key maintains appropriate compliance, while managing its overall tax obligations to provide value added benefits to Key and its shareholders.

Must be able to start Part-time April/March through May 26th

Fulltime May 27th through August 7th

Part-time August 10th through October

Required Qualifications
-Enrolled in an undergraduate
-Junior Standing/Expected Graduation Spring 2021
-Course work in Accounting or Finance
-A minimum 3.3 GPA
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Relevant work or internship experience
-Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities
