Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Technician . This role is critical in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

Perform electrical repairs and installations in various settings
* Conduct drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
* Handle basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and installations.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly.
* Coordinate with the management team to complete projects on schedule.
* Proven experience as a Field Maintenance Technician or similar role.
* Strong electrical skills, including experience with wiring, fixtures, and controls.
* Experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair.
* further technical training is a plus.
* Job Type : Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week
