Job Description:
Rize Home is seeking a dynamic candidate to fill our Sr. HR
Generalist opening. The ideal candidate for this role will have a
positive, energetic approach to working in a highly collaborative
environment. This position will run the day-to-day activities of
the HR department including recruiting, benefits, leave, and
enforcing company policies and practices for all locations.

As the Sr. HR Generalist, Here's What You'll Do:
- Manage employee engagement strategy and implementation to
maintain consistent branding, alignment with business objectives,
and effective communication, including via social media in
partnership with marketing team and overseeing the publication of
the company newsletter.
- Manage and facilitate Employee Engagement Surveys, carefully
analyzing data, communicating results, consulting key stakeholders,
and developing improvement plans to foster an inclusive, engaged
workplace.
- Lead the new hire onboarding program, identifying opportunities
for continuous improvement, and ensuring an engaging and positive
onboarding experience for new employees.
- Conduct new hire 30/60/90-day check-ins.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that
provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Design and implement a performance management program focused
on providing regular feedback, developing top performers, and
providing career growth.
- Connect with employees through the entire employee life cycle,
providing employee relations support and conflict
resolution.
- Administer daily processing of benefits including but not
limited to handling enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes,
disability, rollovers, loans, and hardships.
- Create and manage a company wide safety program to ensure
employees are complying with OSHA safety standards and
regulations.
- Manage leave of absence requests and handle unemployment and
workers' compensation cases for multiple locations
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or
other related fields.
- 3 years of HR experience.
- Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and
Outlook)
- Experience with utilizing a HRIS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change, while
working with all team members.
