cookies, crackers, and wafers.We seek an energetic, dedicated,
detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our Total Rewards
team.-- The Benefits Administrator will assist the team in handling
all aspects of employee benefits, including health insurance,
retirement plans, voluntary benefits, and other employee perks. The
ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits
administration and compliance with state and federal regulations.--

organization.--Benefits Administrator--Massillon, Ohio (Hybrid -
onsite T-Th)Your Seat at the Table:--- Administer employee benefits
programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations-
Communicate with employees regarding benefits and assist with any
inquiries or issues- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and
regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA- Coordinate with
insurance providers and vendors to manage benefit plans and resolve
issues- Assist with the development and implementation of new
benefits programs- Maintain accurate records and documentation
related to employee benefits- Conduct regular audits to ensure data
accuracy and integrity- Provide support during open enrollment
periods and other benefit-related events- Stay current on industry
trends and best practices in benefits administration--What you
Bring to the Table:--- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business
Administration, or related field- Proficiency in ADP WFN or other
benefits administration software is required- 2+ years of
experience in benefits administration or a similar role- Strong
knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented and
organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks- Must be able
to pivot and adapt with a positive attitude as priorities shift and
