Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Technician. This role is critical in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities: -

• Perform electrical repairs and installations in various settings
• Strong knowledge of exterior and interior repairs
• Conduct drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
• Handle basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with the management team to complete projects on schedule.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct.Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Field Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong electrical skills, including experience with wiring, fixtures, and controls.
  • Experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair.
  • Basic plumbing skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and fix common issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Good physical condition and strength.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:
